We help those with a mental illness, their families, caregivers, & friends. We are excited to welcome Alex back to our family behavioral educational efforts. NAMI Hall County offers no-cost mental health services. She presented last October during the Eat Chat Parent series for the popular Self-Care workshop. She has an extensive background in implementation and trainings for prevention and intervention of mental health services and education.
Presenter: Alex Yannacone is the community programs manager at the Helen and Arthur E. We will be adapting the content to offer a culturally relevant virtual event in Spanish in the next couple of weeks. Via a Zoom meeting link, participants will receive tools to understand the basics of anxiety and stress response while learning helpful skills to support someone with anxiety.
